Taking a road trip from New Port RI to Durham NC. This was the best restarunt we stumbled across along the way by far.
I ordered ravioli and was very impressed by the sauce. It was bright and delicious. Mom got a mini pizza that was larger than expected so it was good value. All the portions were a good size. The bread provided was excellent.
Right near the highway. Good location. Lively with good atmosphere. Just an all around good expierence.

So delicious. Best authentic Italian place I've ever eaten at. Recommend over anything else. The Garlic Knots were like biting into a cloud. They were soft and just OMG a must have. The Chicken Roll and Chicken Alfredo was soooooo good. We will definitely be going back.

We were staying next door at the Fairfield inn (South Hill VA) so the wife said pizza and who am I to to say no to pizza(Im a pizza pie junkie). So I go next door and order a pizza and as I waited some locals came in and ordered food to go. One of the Young lads started a conversation with me so we spoke for several minutes while waiting on our food, my point here is the locals are very nice as well. The pizza was ready, good and hot and very cheesey. I asked for paper plates Because we were at the hotel but they didn't have any so the young lady behind the counter got creative and gave me some aluminum takeout bowls, you know the aluminum kind (hey it worked!). I did take a quick look at the menu and the prices looked pretty good and they had a nice menu selection. I don't think you'll be disappointed if you try anything other than a pizza but definitely try the pizza. Its a cute place and every one that I spoke to that worked there, they were all very nice and polite and thats rare in our world in this day and age, get over there and get some food! #kulinarymafia approved!

We happened to stay in South Hill while getting scuba certified at lake Phoenix and this was the only restaurant the hotel recommended. We ate here both nights since it was so good. We split the Tour de Italy which was huge and delicious, with an extra salad. Our server, Thelma, was the best! Friendly, great recommendations. Desserts were amazing too! Hope to go back!

Pizza was better then okay, but less then the best I have had. What gets Lucas's 5 stars is their servers and their attitude and energy.
They need to clean the place up and add upgrades. They have two bars and one of them has trash around it and literally a trash can sitting on top of it.
Again, great service helped this place get 5 stars versus 2. I hope the owners pay attention to upgrading the decor and the batbrooms.

Oh. My. Gosh. Hands down, the best spaghetti and Italian food I have ever had. Ever. Everything was homemade. My husband said the same about the veal dish he got. You know it’s amazing when you barely even speak while eating except the “Ohhh’s” and “mmmm’s”!! Not only was their food freaking phenomenal, the service was a 10 of 10. I am a server/bartender myself so I tend to nit pick everything. Not here. From the greeting at the door, all the way thru.. way to go Lucas! You are doing EVERYTHING right. We will be back many, many times.

My Italian go-to “home away from home” in South Hill, VA. Fabulous local food with excellent service, quality Italian dishes, and wonderful hospitality. The house dressing is fabulous on the side salad and the fried mushrooms come with a zesty dip that’s perfect. Lemon chicken with capers is a top favorite (over angel hair pasta). Stop in and try them - you can’t go wrong on this menu.

Had dinner here with my wife on 06/12/26. The food was excellent, the atmosphere was excellent and the server was awesome! Her name was Bridget. My wife and I both had the Philly Cheese Steak. It was great!
